Typical humble home, but with a billion baht view

No interesting wildlife except for a couple enormous cave spiders that drove Riley out
Hired a terrific guide, with just a smidge of English, to take us where we wouldn't know or dare go
After we left the guide, we ventured over to a Dave-recommended cave
Thais park outside this cave awaiting the exodus of hungry bats
At about 5:50pm every evening, a million bats come out to hunt for the night
So cool... those are all bats, winding their hungry way through the evening sky. They poured out of the cave for a good 10-15 minutes as they do each & every night
Kind of touristy & corny, but we were the only westerners we saw all day. Love that. This was the exhausting New Year's Eve day that sent us early to bed
